"Top Health and Human Services officials directed the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) to share data with DHS from California, Illinois, Washington and Washington, DC, about millions of their Medicaid recipients, according to the AP's report.

Those jurisdictions allow some low-income immigrants, including some without legal status, who do not qualify for Medicaid to access state-funded health programs.

States routinely must share extensive data about Medicaid enrollees with CMS, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, immigration status and healthcare information — but say that data is supposed to stay confidential. “

Lawsuits have been filed to remove silencers and short barreled rifles from the National Fire Arms Act registration. Courts have held that the NFA is a tax registration and does not apply to the 2nd Amendment. With the BBB $0 tax requirement, the mask is removed and it is obvious that the NFA is a work around to register guns. 

NFA items that are effected by this change will be available with the low low tax of $0 beginning Jan 1, 2026.
